Animaland was facing a lawsuit. They had been found in violation of the federal Animal Welfare Act by not meeting the minimal requirements for proper animal care – they had over 60 violations at their site.

Happily, Animaland is now permanently closed. Bear has a new home at the Wolf Sanctuary of Pennsylvania!

He will meet other wolves and live with earth under his paws. He will be able to run free in the trees and live like a wolf!
