Abandoned animals have it the worst – most of them have been homeless since birth, and are left for dread in the old city streets. This story is about a one-week-old kitten who was fortunately rescued by a good Samaritan.
This kitten was a newborn, and she was rescued by local animal rescue organisation, the North Brooklyn Cats.
The kitten was found on the streets, alone and covered in hardened glue by a group of heartless children.
A volunteer at the animal rescue, Lisa Vallez, placed the kitten under her care and spent hours just to clean the glue off it.
