Small things are just adorable! Don’t you just love to see a mini-house that is all decorated as if it were full-sized? How do they make all food so small and yet so realistic? People around the world like small animals too – like puppies and kittens. Everything is cute when it is little. Well, prepare yourself, you are about to meet the world’s smallest horse!
Her name is Thumbelina. Thumbelina was born on May 1, 2001, and is owned by Paul, Michael, and Kay Goessling.
They live on Goose Creek Farm in St. Louis, Missouri. Both of her parents were miniature horses.
Thumbelina is 17.5 inches tall and weighs 57 pounds in this photo. A full-sized horse can weigh as much as 2,200 pounds!
