Long John Silver’s is a seafood chain that was founded in 1969 by Jim Patterson. According to the company website, the chain grew and spread across the country. The restaurant was able to bring a unique seafood experience to people across the United States.
Recently, the Long John Silver’s in Amarillo, Texas allowed one homeless man to eat for free.
The touching moment wasn’t lost on Scott Grubitz who took photos and shared the story on Love What Matters Facebook page.
Grubitz saw the man enter the restaurant and one look told him the man was down on his luck. The man went to the counter and asked for some water so the cashier gave him the water and then disappeared for a minute.
