Snoop Dogg is an American rapper and actor from Long Beach, California. He was born as Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr. and in the video below he has used his voice to narrate a nature documentary – well, not exactly, but keep reading. In the clip below, we watch as a hatchling iguana is being chased by some racer snakes.
The whole scene was filmed on Fernandina Island in the Galapagos for the BBC hit “Planet Earth.” Jimmy Kimmel and Snoop teamed up to make their own Plizzanet Earth episode that features reptiles. Even if you are not a fan of rap or of Snoop Dogg, you will admit that he was the perfect person to do the voice-over for this clip!
Watch and enjoy, you will find yourself rooting for the iguana as he makes his escape!
He adds a certain edge and humor that most other narrators couldn’t.
