The charge of third-degree rape was brought against Noemi’s rapist, so he is allowed under Nebraska law to see his daughter every other weekend and two Tuesdays each month.
Sounds like that Noemi and his criminal have worked out a custody agreement after having been married. But, no. He ‘won’ all this after committing a crime.
Perhaps as part of the punishment for the crime, the man has to pay child support but does not get any parental rights.
Being a parent isn’t something a man who rapes women should be allowed to participate in. What harm would come to the child?
