Once Ruuxa had recuperated, the pair resumed their normal routine. They often played together and participated in daily morning walks with their trainers.

The San Diego Zoo holds a Cheetah Run every now and then, with Ruuxa successfully clocking in at a speed of 70 to 75 mph! His pal Raina, joined in the fun as well!
