One day in Bahrain, a boy named Bilal Aslam brought a furry creature to the local BSPCA animal shelter all the way from Isa Town Market. It was no ordinary animal.
It was a 4 month-old kitten dyed pink with the use of wall paint. The veterinarians working at the BSPCA named her Pinky.
The boy explains that he found her already dyed pink, starved and left in a cage. He was the one who found her in the local market, and wanted her to seek medical treatment.
Pinky suffered a series of allergies due to the wall paint used on her, such as the sniffles and runny eyes.
