Nora was rescued just in time. She was only 10 months old and pregnant. Luckily she didn’t have her babies outside in a dirty cage. Sadly, Nora had lived her entire life in that cage. Nora was rescued in November 2008 from a backyard breeder in Manitoba, Canada. Nora was severely emaciated, dirty, and terrified.
Nora is now living with Elizabeth Spence and is nine years old. Nora and several other dogs were rescued that day back in 2008.
The dogs were fostered by a group called Funds For Furry Friends.
Nora gave birth to her litter just two days after being rescued! When the puppies were old enough, they were put up for adoption and so was Nora.
