It is quite possible that Terri didn’t have her reading glasses with her – I mean, if you squint and blur the image of the real Duey – maybe you can see how Terri was confused? Maybe not!
The dog she thought was Duey is way too big! Duey has a brown face, and the dog she saw is all white.
There is a happy ending to all of this for the dog who Terri though was Duey.
The photo was shared so many times in the hilarious exchange that his real owners recognized him! He was reunited with his family – and so was the other missing dog!
