Moonpie, the miniature cow, thinks she is a dog! There is a very good reason for this, Moonpie lives with 12 dogs at Rocky Ridge Refuge in Arkansas. Rocky Ridge is a sanctuary for animals with special needs.
Janice Wolf, the founder, says that Moonpie has accepted all the dogs as her pals. Moonpie was rescued from someone who was trying to sell her at an auction house.
Wolf says the auctions are big business and millions of animals are auctioned off each day.
It was unusual to see a miniature cow at an auction, so Moonpie was paid for and moved to the sanctuary.
