Natalie Vitervo-Vasquez from Forrest County, Mississippi was given a 40-year jail sentence for getting his own daughter pregnant!
Vitervo-Vasquez pleaded guilty to sexual battery with a victim under the age of 14.
Vitervo-Vasquez’s daughter was examined at a medical center and was found to be pregnant, she was 11 at the time of the exam – but had gotten pregnant when she was only 10!
Apparently, Vitervo-Vasquez took his daughter to a hotel.
He touched her and offered her something to drink.
The girl gave birth to a boy in November 2016.
Unfortunately, the child had birth defects and died while undergoing surgery.
Doctors performed a DNA test on the boy and found that Vitervo-Vasquez had a 99.99 percent chance of being the boy’s father.
WDAM reported that when Vitervo-Vasquez appeared in court, he did not know any English or have a social security number.
Some readers of the story are demanding that Vitervo-Vasquez be deported instead of spending time in a U.S. prison.
I am not sure what to think. He is an undocumented person living here, and he got his daughter pregnant.
Where was the girl’s’ mother throughout all of this?
Why did they let her carry the baby full-term?
I am not sure as a taxpayer I want to pay for him to sit in jail for 40 years, maybe he should be deported.
But, then so should his daughter – right?
Does she have a family to go back to?
Too many questions, not enough answers.
