The passenger wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, and when Vai ran the man’s ID, he found out he was a wanted man too! Vai searched the man and found the “Get Out of Jail Free” card. That is when the 35-year-old man told Vai that he always carried that card around with him, just in case.
The suspect was taken to jail, and his bail was set at $5,000. It does say on the card that you should keep it until needed or traded – unfortunately, when the man went to use it, the police weren’t willing to play along!
Pretty sure the man really didn’t expect to get out of jail free – he was probably carrying it as some sort of good luck charm – but it didn’t work!
