Along the West Coast of New Zealand, a rare Bull Tahr has been spotted amongst the hill slopes. This rare animal species is a close relative of the wild goat, and lives in colder temperatures – perfect for hill top and windy conditions like this one!
If you would look closely, you would be able to spot this noble animal – it sure camouflaged itself well amongst all the rubble and rocks! This Bull Tahr is one of the 3 types of ungulates, and are extremely rare to be videotaped! Unfortunately, it is also considered a recreational sport to hunt this beautiful creature in New Zealand.
