Turns out Stinger also had a severe case of scabies, and he is deaf! It may have been a blessing in disguise that his owners abandoned him – it doesn’t seem like they were taking very good care of him.
At the time, Stinger was in quarantine at the Allegan Veterinary Clinic to prevent scabies from spreading to other animals.
In an update, it was determined that Stinger also suffered from an autoimmune disease called Pemphigus.
Stinger was to be evaluated after 30 days to see if he could be adopted out to a loving family. All the best to you, Stinger!
