Some PETA workers saw this dog tied up in a backyard. They could see the rope was so twisted and short the dog barely had room to move. When they talked to the owners, they found out that they didn’t want the dog anymore – so, without a second thought, the PETA workers took him away from that lonely place!

They named him Flannel and soon realized that Flannel was very nervous and shy. Who can blame the poor guy? He had been chained up outside and ignored for far too long. Over time, and with a lot of love, Flannel finally started to relax and trust people.

Then he showed the word just how happy he could be! Every now and again, Flannel may get nervous – but that is okay, we humans get nervous too! Watch the video and see how Flannel learns to be a dog!
