As you can see in some of the pictures, Maverick has cuts and scars all over his body. The Dallas Animal Services and Adoption Center was taking care of Maverick.
Once he was stable, Long Way Home Pit Bull Rescue (located in College Station, Texas took him in. Maverick’s foster mom works as a manager at a veterinary clinic.
She will be taking care of all his needs – both physical and emotional. He is getting the proper medications for his wounds and for heartworms.
