Some people do not like to have their pictures taken. No matter how hard some of us try, we are just not that photogenic. We will be the ones with our eyes closed or looking away just as the camera clicks. I would rather take the picture than be in the picture! As a way to get shelter dogs noticed shelter try a variety of things.
Some shelters take the dogs out in public so people can meet them. Other shelters will have photo shoots. Along with the picture is a description of the dog and maybe some tidbits about favorite activities or toys. The team at San Francisco Animal Care and Control (SFACC) had an unexpected thing happen during one of their photo shoots. One stray Chihuahua’s pictures came out a little different.
The dog, Carpe Diem, clearly has never been in front of a camera before! Check out, Carpe Diem! Photo after photo, he didn’t manage to show his ‘good’ side!
Or he was just messing with the camera person and having a great time – photobombing himself!
