Carlos Carrillo, a plumber, and a colleague from Shoreline Plumbing were asked to do something a little out of the ordinary last week. They were on their way to a job in Robstown, Texas when they saw something in a ditch and decided to take a closer look. It was lucky they did, because they found a dog that had been tied up with some tubing and he have duct tape around his mouth!

The dog was completely helpless and had been left there to die. Carrillo and his partner worked quickly to take all the tape off.

According to Carrillo, the dog seemed to be fine and was very loving. I would be too if someone rescued me from certain death! It appears that the dog was only in the ditch for a day or so.
