A landlord was shocked to find a scared dog all alone when he went to check on his rented apartment. The tenants, whom are presumed to be his owners, were nowhere to be found and must have abandoned him. The dog was poorly taken care of and was in a terrible condition.
The Londonderry Police Department was called to investigate and took the poor dog to the vet immediately. The poor dog was three years old and already deaf. His matted fur must have also caused blindness as they suspected that the dog had scratched his eyes.

His owners, Jada Demas and Jennifer Moscardini were later arrested and charged with animal abuse.
