You shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Yet we do it all the time. We see someone walking down the street who is wearing a hoodie and jeans that sag and we have our opinions about what kind of person they are. You see a person dressed in a pair of dirty sweatpants who looks disheveled and will probably look away quickly.
Well-dressed people aren’t always very nice. Clothes don’t make the man or woman. Looks are just one part of what makes us all unique individuals. Treat everyone you meet with dignity and respect. Try not to judge based just on how someone dresses or looks.
One look at a dog with a disfigurement and people look away. Every animal deserves a chance. An opportunity for a loving home and family. The puppy in this picture is Picasso.
He was born to a breeder in Oregon with a misshapen face. The owner knew that the pup would be unsellable and so Picasso and his brother, Pablo, were dumped off at the Luvable Dog Rescue in Eugene, Oregon.
