Can you imagine? Not only that, but Cornwell spends a few minutes with each one. He treats them like human beings. He talks to them and learns their story. He also gives them some food. Cornwell’s six-year-old daughter often comes shopping with him.

Cornwell is teaching his daughter to give back and to be a responsible citizen. While Cornwell is making a huge difference, he can’t do it alone. He is urging others to do what he is doing in their own communities.

Think about it. Those homeless veterans once served this nation. Many served overseas and fought for the freedoms we now enjoy. The least we can do is give them a jacket, blanket, or something to eat.
