A 72-year-old woman named Claudia Tate has been charged for committing a horrible bout of animal cruelty, just because she wanted to take a nap. She wanted them to stop barking – permanently.
Neighbors phoned the local police, who found her two dogs with taped muzzles.The tape from the dogs are removed immediately after she was arrested. She is now serving her sentence at the Fulton County Correctional Facility.
