Look at his poor pup – puppies are supposed to be plump and happy. Not thin and sad.
All of the puppies were named after Greek Gods: Hera, Atlas, Athena, Aphrodite, Apollo, and Aries.
Sadly, Aphrodite, Aries, and Athena developed coccidia infections (an intestinal parasite).
Athena and Aphrodite did not survive. When Aries returned home, he had lost a little of his spunk.
