Guests have reported hearing voices and noises. So, wouldn’t you think it is haunted or something?

How can they stay in business? For me, staying at a hotel has only one purpose – sleep.
But I can’t imagine going to a hotel full of clowns and sleeping well.
If you are interested, there are good reviews on Yelp and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves have less ‘clown’ feel to them.
