This story is about a white Bichon poodle mix named Noah, who was found abandoned, lost and dirty in its former breeder’s backyard located in California. The pup was only 5-months old when he was found.
He was also malnourished, as he had a severe lack of food to eat.
Noah weighed only 2 pounds when he was found.
He is also born blind, and disabled as well due to a deformation that affected his hind legs.
