Then they went and got a car so they could move the dog. One man stayed with the dog the whole time. As you can see, the skinny black dog was very happy to be found.

There are many shelters out there that will take an animal you don’t want. You don’t get to sentence a dog to death when you don’t want it anymore. What is wrong with people?
