Last summer all we heard about were stories of dogs being left in hot cars. Dog owners seemed to have gotten smarter, but tragically parents of young children are now in the spotlight for leaving their children alone in a hot car! Who does this?! What is wrong with these people?!
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office reported finding a seven-week-old baby dead in the family van. The family had gone to church and left the child alone for eight hours! The van was in the shade, but the temperatures were 104 degrees. The child was still in its rear facing car seat. Who goes to an eight-hour church service?
