One of his legs was completely destroyed – every bone was broken. The veterinarian wasn’t sure the legs could be saved.
They decided to put Maximus in soft casts to see if he could heal.
After five weeks, Maximus is up and walking! Maximus will soon be leaving for the United States to be introduced to his forever family!

The family already has plans to put him in water therapy to help strengthen his legs.
