The kind women at Tin Can Town said they would do everything they could to help save his puppy and that they would find her a new home. Tin Can Town’s veterinarian, Dr. Rozanne Visser, had the puppy moved to Sunset Beach Veterinary Clinic.
She was given the name Nanuk and immediate medical care. Nanuk had the deadly parvovirus. She was given IV fluids but didn’t improve. Things were bleak, Nanuk got a feeding tube, but continued to fade.
Then she met some kittens, and things started to turn around.
Nanuk was finally able to keep food down! Nanuk found her will to live! Humans and felines helped save her life!
