People get plastic surgery to help them look younger. Or the procedure can change how they look all together. For people, it is a decision they make for themselves. A woman in Russia named Marina Esmat wanted her dog to get plastic surgery. Why?
Because she wanted her Jack Russell to look more like Milo – the dog from the 1994 movie The Mask, starring Jim Carrey. The veterinarian was against the procedure.
