No one ever wants to be pulled over by the police, it is embarrassing. DelRea Good was driving alone on a dark road when she saw a cop car behind her with the lights flashing. Good was understandably nervous about pulling over on a deserted road, so she slowed down and put on her hazards – and kept driving.
Once she got to a well-lit parking lot, she pulled over. The officer, the patrolman William Marshall, was not pleased and slapped cuffs on her! Marshall charged her for resisting arrest when she argued with him about it! But she had her reasons too.

I am with Good on this one – anyone can flash lights behind you at night you can’t see if the car behind you is a cop car or not. It is better to be safe than sorry, and the police should understand the position a single woman is in when driving at night.
