Jordan Elias Norris, 19, was strapped to a chair and three Tennessee sheriff’s deputies repeatedly used a stun gun on him! One officer used the gun while the other two waited and watched. This is not the behavior one expects from members of law enforcement – all three officers have been placed on administrative leave.
The lawsuit claims that Norris was stunned more than 50 times while in custody at the Cheatham County Jail in November 2016. The video below is just a portion of the abuse Norris endured.
Cheatham County Sheriff Mike Breedlove said that the inappropriate behavior of these officers will not be tolerated. Take a look at this video

Norris had been arrested in November 2016 and charged with five found of possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft, and felony possession of marijuana for resale. The whole thing started when officers thought Norris was going to fight a fellow prisoner. Share away, people.
