In Australia, Bruce Atkinson heard a strange noise coming from his front yard and so went to take a look. He found a wild koala on the porch, and she was clearly in need of help! A closer look revealed that the problem may be a little more complicated than Bruce thought – she was covered in sharp burs.

The tricky part is that koalas look cuddly and cute, but they have very sharp teeth and are known to get aggressive when threatened.

Koalas also can carry the sexually transmitted disease chlamydia, so Bruce was going to have to be extremely careful!
