Just one look at this dog and you can tell life has been unbelievably difficult. She was found in 2013 by a police officer from Phoenix, Arizona police wandering the streets. The dog was dirty, emaciated, and covered in ticks. Then there were her missing ears – they had been bitten off, which means she was likely a bait dog used to train dogs to fight.
